New OEM(Customized)Condom in 2026-x1

Exciting news from our end – our CE approved condom manufacturer now has 10 advanced production lines and we've recently developed some innovative new products.

 

 

1. High-lubricant condoms 

Ordinary square foil and round foil condoms contain 500mg of lubricant, but our newly developed condoms can contain up to 2000mg of lubricant, which  makes  it  more  moisturizing and more effective for consumers.

 

2. Condom with the largest number of dots in the world

We have added more dots to this condom. The new mold has 2080 dots, which is 6 times the number of dots on the previous ordinary style, giving consumers a more exciting experience.

 

3. New ultra thin condom, with new technology

Ordinary  ultra-thin  condoms  weigh  about   1g~1. 1g  per  try condom,   We    hired   a   member   of   the    Standardization Administration  of  China  and  a  senior  engineer  to   be  our engineer.  He  developed  new  technology  that  can  achieve 0.7~0.8g, which means it is thinner than the previous set. The quality is as good as before, and it is very tough when pulled.

 

4. New water-soluble lubricant/hyaluronic acid

The new water-based lubricant with small molecule hyaluronic acid solves the shelf life problem and can achieve a shelf life of 5 years. The small molecule structure also makes the nutrients more easily absorbed  by the skin.  Because the  lubricant  is water-based, it is also easier to clean.

 

5. Extra large dotted condom

Here is a comparison of our new mold's large dotted and a regular one. The new mold's raised dots is three times the size of the old one, giving consumers a more exciting experience.

 

6. Extra large size condom with 200mm length and 60mm width

This is our latest oversized mold, measuring 200mm length and 60mm width. The standard size  is  185mm  length  and 52mm width. If you have need for extra large size condom, we can produce for you.

 

7. New package, bag package condom

This  is  a  new  type  of  condom  packaging.  It  uses  a  large aluminum foil bag instead of a paper box. It is more convenient to carry and not easily squeezed and deformed. It can pack any type of condom inside.

 

8. Polyurethane condoms (more and more clients want to buy polyurethane)

This condom is made of a new material, polyurethane. It is thinner than latex condoms, with a thickness between 0.01 and 0.03mm. It is also very suitable for people with latex allergies. The cost is slightly higher, which is suitable for the higher-end market. We currently have ISO certification.

 

9. Benzocaine delay/lidocaine delay

Adding benzocaine or lidocaine delay solution to condoms, these two ingredients are the mainstream delay ingredients in the world and are more effective.

 

10. Ultrasound Probe Covers

This is our latex B-ultrasound probe cover, designed to be cover the device during vaginal exams. It's intended for use in hospitals, clinics, and other consumer settings. We've  just received EU MDR CE certification for this product, allowing export to European  countries. There are two types of this product: one is non-lubricated and requires a ultrasound gel for added lubrication. The other comes with lubrication and doesn't require any other products, it's already lubricated.
